CURRENCY
All transactions shall be in U.S. Dollars.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Membership/Registration Fees:
All Membership/Registration Fees are non refundable.

Tournament Entry Fees:
Refunds of all State Tournament entry fees prior to the tournament entry deadline will be subject to a 15% Processing Fee. No refunds will be made after the Tournament Entry Deadline.

Refunds for Regional and National Tournaments will be subject to the refund police of the Tournament. All refunds will be subject to a 15% Processing Fee.

Merchandise Returns:
Before returning any merchandise contact Kansas ASA at jsproul@ruraltel.net or call (785) 622-4241 and ask for a customer service agent.

Have the following information available for the service agent.

1. Invoice Number
2. Product Name.
3. Date Ordered.
4. Method of Payment.
3. Reason for Return.

Shipping Errors and Defective Merchandise:
Kansas ASA will refund or replace any merchandise that was shipped in error or found to be defective. These items must be new and in the original package. Soiled or stained merchandise will not be accepted. Refunds or replacement of merchandise for any other reason will be subject to a shipping and/or 10% restocking charge. Contact customer service before returning any merchandise. We stand behind the quality of our products under normal wear.

SHIPPING POLICY
We try to fill all orders within two working days (48 hours) to all destinations within our jurisdiction by US Mail or UPS Ground. All in stock items will be shipped from the State Office or the closest supply source. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
